   Precision was great and easy to deal with! Technician Damon was incredibly helpful and professional. He showed a strong commitment to the customer experience through his clear communication, punctuality, positive attitude, and eagerness to solve the problems I had.

   I was very happy with this company's service when I used them at my previous address, so I called them again to troubleshoot the issues I was having with the garage opener at my new place.  I was able to get a next-day appointment for after my workday. My technician, Damon, explained everything, and provided just the services and equipment (new remote and a keypad) that I wanted, for a cost that was in line with what I expected.    I have utilized Precision's services three times in a month's time and both Kasey and Tim's professionalism, and their ability to analyze the situation and provide excellent advice regarding several cost saving measures to complete the task went over and above my expectation.
