I have to share my experience with Precision Garage Door and, especially, the technician, Aiden B.

Our house was recently damaged by a lightning strike, and I had put off calling a garage door company because of all the headaches and scheduling involved with getting other things in our home repaired. Honestly, I would have called Precision sooner if I had known how easy they make the process. They offer afternoon and evening appointments, and I was even able to get a technician out the same day I scheduled the service.

Aiden was prompt and actually arrived a little early. I had let him know that I was running a little late, and he was extremely kind and patient and waited for me to get home.

Once I arrived, Aiden carefully assessed the garage door and was able to repair some of the damaged components. He then took the time to explain which parts could not be repaired, showed me the damage, and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. He never made me feel pressured or confused about what needed to be done.

Aiden also gave me several options for getting the garage door fixed, including the most cost-effective solution. I really appreciated his honesty, knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness.

After this experience, I will absolutely use Precision Garage Door for any future garage door needs. I just hope Aiden is available the next time I need service because he was outstanding!

Thank you, Aiden, and Precision Garage Door, for making what could have been another stressful repair so easy!

Last night spring broke. Started researching last night and scheduling this morning. Precision had good reviews plus same day service. Damon came this afternoon ; very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. Did estimate and repair in 70 minutes. I got hardware rebuild with 15 year warranty. Precision uses top quality parts. It was expensive but I think I got value for my money and that it was a good investment. I may not have to buy a new garage door for a long while, and mine is old. I wanted same day service because garage is my default way to exit and enter home. He did not try to push products on me. I recommend if you want quick and quality work.
